How to Use the Out of Office Assistant on the Web and Microsoft Outlook

People on a computer without access to Microsoft Outlook can access the same configuration settings through the Outlook Web App.

Begin by opening the menu and then choosing the Automatic Replies.

Click the radio button to choose

Send automatic replies.
 

    When you are satisfied with your settings and message click the OK icon. When you wish to turn off the Out of Office Assistant simply follow these steps again and instead choose the option Don’t send automatic replies.
