Browser Troubleshooting

To protect your security, all versions of Internet Explorer have a tendency to block web sites that display non-secure content.

If this is happening on your computer, you will see a “navigation cancelled” error message or a bar will appear above your address bar that states: “To help protect your security Internet Explorer has blocked this web site from displaying non-secure content.

Follow the instructions below to change security settings:

1. Click Tools on the top of your Internet Explorer screen.
2. Click Internet Options.
3. Click the Security tab.
4. Click the Internet icon.
5. Click Custom level.
6. Locate Display mixed content
7. Click the radio button next to Enable (the default setting is” Prompt “).
8. Click OK to save your changes
